The preparation and filing of articles of incorporation for a privately-held small business in Ontario, including corporate organization and government reporting requirements.

Comprehensive coverage of the small claims court judicial system and its procedural requirements.

The student will become conversant with the laws relating to divorce and will be able to prepare and file a petition for an uncontested divorce.
